We're finalising our shipping and returns policy ahead of the full launch. Until it's published here, every order is handled personally — and nothing is charged until you've agreed the details.
How it works right now
- Reserve. Choose a silhouette and your size on its product page and send a reservation. No payment is taken online.
- Confirm. We reply by email with availability, delivery timing and the returns terms for your order, in writing, before anything is charged.
- Receive. Once you're happy, we arrange payment and dispatch, and send tracking as soon as it ships.
Fit and exchanges
Every set is cut oversized by design and the fit is consistent across the range. If a piece doesn't fit as expected, tell us — exchanges for size are part of every confirmation we send.
Anything unclear? Ask before you reserve. We'd rather answer twice than have you guess once.
